Nächsten Montag Treff mit Steve Rook, Thema: Geschmiedete Blumen Next Monday Treff with Steve Rook, Topic: Forged Flowers

Steve Rook wird seine Lektüre im nächsten Treff halten, der am Montag, dem 21.06.2021 um 19.00 CEST stattfinden wird.     

Steve Rook, ein sehr bekannter britischer Schmied, und Mitglied von BABA (British Artist Blacksmith Association), wird uns im Schmieden von Blumen anleiten.

Nach zwei sehr lehrreichen Präsentationen über Techniken wie das Zeichnen am Computer, das Freihandzeichnen, das Verwenden von Lehm als vorläufiges Lernmaterial um komplexe Schmiedearbeiten zu Modellieren und den Herstellungsprozess zu konkretisieren, und Arithmetik, folgt nun ein Thema, bei dem das zuvor erlernte angewendet werden kann.

Die Präsentation wird in Englisch gehalten werden, Die anschließende Fragenrunde wird ins Englische und Deutsche übersetzt werden.

Steve Rook will give his lecture the next Treff which will be next week Monday 21.06.2021 at 19.00 CEST. Steve Rook, a well known British blacksmith and member of BABA (British Artist Blacksmith Association) will guide us in forging flowers.

 

After two very educational presentations on how techniques such as computer drawing, hand drawing, using clay as a preliminary study material to pre-shape complex objects to be forged and to concretize the making process, and arithmetic can be helpful to the blacksmith, now a subject to which what has been learned can be applied.

 

The presentation will be in English. The question section will be translated into German and English.
